It has been a really long time since I have taken an IQ test, and I have to say that this is really reassuring. I took one in highschool that said I had an IQ of 153. I was really proud of that. In the past few years, I have felt like I have been losing my brain. I have felt my brain turning to mush because I don't use it as much as I once did. This makes me so happy to know that I still am smart :) I was really beginning to doubt myself.
Now the question is, what should I do about it? I still want to write that book, maybe I can find a little bit of time to do that in between being a mom. Of course being a mom comes first, and it pretty much always will for the next 20 or so years of my life, and I'm okay with that. I just need to make sure that I'm still reading, and still thinking, and still doing things to keep on top of my brain. That always has been my greatest asset, and I really can't just let that go to waste.
