School & Kids & Life

Well, I've been surviving school. I dropped one of the three classes I was taking and cut my homework load in half. With just two classes it's manageable. I'm taking a class about how to study history. This class didn't exist when I was here before, but now it is a prerequisite to a class that I've already taken. We keep studying random things like the Titanic and the fall of the Roman Empire and some murder of some random peasant in the 13th century in southern France... I think it's fascinating. :) What is more interesting about what we are studying is the methods. I took a class much like this nearly five years ago, and I really struggled with it. We got to spend a lot of time just enjoying each other's company and having fun as a family. I don't think I fully appreciated that time I had until now. I didn't think I was going to be able to find someone to watch my k...
