End is Near

It is now the month of April, and things are drawing to an end. My semester is over on Friday, I only have one class left, and then the final. I think I'm going to make it. In the meantime I am... or rather, should be... packing and cleaning, getting ready to move out of my apartment on Saturday. It's going to be a challenge getting everything into the car considering it was packed full when I came, and since then I have acquired a few things including a playpen. I might have to end up shipping it to myself.
Conference this past weekend was good... what we saw anyways. We watched the sessions on Saturday, but then on Sunday, due to technical difficulties we weren't able to watch much of conference on Sunday. I guess we'll just have to read it later. We didn't really think much about Easter until the evening when we decided that we should do something to commemorate the occasion, so Heidi and I read the Easter story and sang some Hymns, and that was our Easter.
DJ is doing a better, I think his teething has subsided for a while at least. I thought for a while that he had a tooth, but it turns out (just as heather suggested) that is was only a cyst. He's been sleeping better. He's still up every three hours or so, but I guess I can live with that. I've also started feeding him some solids the past few weeks. He seems to like the rice cereal, and yesterday we tried out some peas that he had some fun with. He sure does make a mess though.
After doing a bit of searching around online, Dean and I decided that we don't want to live on post again when he gets back, and so we'll be renting an apartment that I'm excited about. I'm also just excited for Dean to be coming home. He has been gone for so long, but it looks like he'll be getting back in mid May. I won't know the exact day until that day, but mid May is much better than 'sometime between April and August' like it used to be. It is coming up so fast, and in the meantime I'm going to be kept busy. Saturday Heidi and I will be driving to Mom and Dad's house, and then the next Thursday Daniel and I will drive to Colorado, hopefully in one day. He'll fly back home on Saturday, and then on Wednesday I'm flying out to Texas. I'll be there for two weeks, and will be getting home May 5th. I get my apartment on the 6th, so from that time until Dean gets back I can be busy moving everything in, and getting everything ready. I'm excited to be getting on with my life.
